Enrollment is on a first-come basis, pre-enrollment and full payment is required in order to ensure a spot in camp.
REFUNDS
A refund, minus the 20% processing fee per camp, will be issued if the student drops the camp more than 14 days prior to the class start date (Spots are limited). If you cancel your registration with less than the required 14 days notice no refund or credit will be given. A full refund will only be issued if the class is canceled by Tennis-Prime. Where possible refunds will be made by the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to arrive. Cancelation Policy
All classes have a minimum and maximum student enrollment. During summer camp, parents will be notified at least 5 days prior. Parents may opt for a full refund, may transfer or will receive preferential placement into another class of that session or a different session. Tennis-Prime reserves the right to substitute instructors, assistants, or facilities as necessary.
Changing into a Different group During the same session
Students may change groups at the discretion of Tennis-Prime staff, depending on Age & level. There is no fee for changing groups, not additional tuition where the new class has a higher tuition cost. The tuition difference where the student transfers into a lower priced class will not be refunded and is non-transferable to any other program or service, and will be considered forfeited.

We coach Over any holidays; no makeup applies if students don’t show up for any reason.
We only offer one makeup over the program if students get sick and preview advice, which can be taken over the last week after the program.
Group Lessons cannot convert to private lessons makeup
Group lessons Indoors cannot convert to Outdoor lesson makeup
Makeups must be completed during enrollment and CANNOT be exchanged for future enrollments like Summer camp, winter camp, and next year's winter program.
SUMMER / WINTER CAMP POLICY AND DETAILS
Summer camp
For summer camp week programs, there are no makeup policies.
Booking summer weeks cannot be exchange to any other week, program or any time of lesson.
If campers get sick, during the summer, contact us to see if we can move to following week. We do not guaranty space. In case of space. Makeup must be completed during the enrollment period and CANNOT be exchanged for future enrollments or programs.
Tennis-Prime reserves the right to take out campers from the program for bad behavior or not following the instructions of the coach. If event happens, refund will apply prorating the days used.
Makeup summer classes will not be awarded for any reason if:
Last minute summer holidays vacation plans change.
Campers don’t like group of level type.
Campers want to change time AM/PM if they are tired.
Rescheduled appointments or scheduled make-up lessons follow the same 48-hour cancellation procedure noted above.
You cannot apply make-up lessons to any future enrollments.
Regardless of the session, all make-ups ultimately expire on Labor Day.
PRIVATE & GROUP LESSONS
For private lessons, cancellations with less than 48-hour notice are penalized the full lesson fee with no option to reschedule.
For group lessons, no-shows and cancellations with less than 48-hour notice are not eligible for makeup.
Rescheduled appointments or scheduled make-up lessons follow the same 48-hour cancellation procedure as noted above.
